Before buying from us for the first time, please have a look at our conditions: How to make sure you get the things you want The character figures in our shop are all produced in limited series. For some items, we will only be able to get a small stock, so we recommend ordering them in advance (before they come out) in order to be sure to get one. About sales start The sales start is the expected date, and no guarantee can be given. Depending on the specific maker, the sales start can be later or sooner. Based on our experience, the sales start can change to up to 2 months prior or later to the given date, and sometimes even more. About cancellation / return We cannot accept claims based on the quality or nature of the figures. Even if, in rare cases, the figure proves to be somehow defective, given the cost of international transport, we will not accept returns or exchanges. Please consider this carefully before buying. However, in the following cases returns are possible: -If we sent you the wrong item -If the item got damaged while shipping. In these cases, we will send you a replacement as fast as possible and carry all the costs. Please consider that the actual item may differ a little in appearance from the sample pictures. We will not exchange or refund items for reason of a different colour cast or other slight differences from the sample picture.
